TODD ALLEN GORBY

HEADLAND, AL… Todd Allen Gorby, a resident of Headland, Alabama, passed away Sunday morning, November 5, 2023, at his home. He was 57.

          No services are planned at this time.

          Mr. Gorby was born in Tampa, Florida to the late Bruce “Boo” Gorby and Marty Davis Gorby. Most of his childhood he lived in Magnolia, Texas. He moved back to the Tampa, Florida area and also lived in the Pensacola, Florida area before moving to Headland, Alabama about five years ago. Todd worked in construction where he was a heavy equipment operator. Mr. Gorby also owned and operated his own decorative concrete curbing business. He was of the Baptist faith.

          Along with his parents he was also preceded in death by his sister, Tammy Jo Gorby; his brother, Jay Kurelko; and his grandchild, Corey.

          Leaving to cherish his memories are his daughters, Amy Anderson (William), Charlene Gorby (Shawn White), Brandy Gorby, and Talina Jones (Dylan); his sister, Ginger Manno; his grandchildren, Zachary, Anthony, Landon, Shay, Lilee, Mason, Tabitha, Chloe, Liam, Cole, Corbin, Marshall, Carter, Melody, and David; his fiance’, Merrie Lou Youngs; and a special friend, Braden Willis (Ashley).
