TERRY HOLSTON
DOTHAN.… Terry Holston, a resident of Dothan, passed away Saturday evening at his home, March 28, 2020. He was 54.
Due to the COVID-19 Virus, a family graveside service will be held at 1:30 P.M. Saturday, April 4, 2020, in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery with Pastor J. Curtis Harvey, Jr. officiating. The body will be placed at the gravesite for a viewing at 1:15 P.M., following the CDC COVID-19 social gathering guidelines. Wright Funeral Home & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Holston was born in Headland to the late Johnny C. Brown and Mattie Lou Holston. He attended Headland High School where he played his favorite sport, football. His favorite teams to watch were the Dallas Cowboys and the Alabama Crimson Tide. Until the time he was diagnosed with cancer, he loved working out and taking care of himself. He worked with the City of Dothan for twenty-two years in the environmental department. He also worked with Straightline Parking.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Coy Fleming, Attie Springfield, Michael Fleming, And Rudolph Holston.
Leaving to cherish his memories are his sons, Blake Kirkland (Megan), Antavis Reeves (Tyyacca), Gerald Cochran (Ariana), and Alexander Cochran; his daughters, Crystal Kirkland, Mealonie Poke, and Alexandria Cochran; his sisters, Mae West Griggs, Lottie Holston, Eva Lou Fleming, and Felicia Hooks; his brothers, Larry Holston, Andre Bonds, Eddie Charles Bonds, Cedric Brown, Michael Brown, and Tyrone Brown
