DOTHAN.… Sarah Michelle Drescher, a resident of the Dothan, passed away Thursday night, April 16, 2020, at a Dothan hospital. She was 35.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 13, 2020 at the Wright Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel with Chaplain Tim Mayhall officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. before the service. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to your local animal rescue or Humane Society.
Sarah was born in Dothan, Alabama and lived in the Dothan area all of her life. She had a vacation home in New Orleans, LA, where she loved to visit. She loved animals and was very active in helping rescue them. Ms. Drescher also enjoyed painting and being an art enthusiast.
Leaving to cherish her memories are her mother, Anita Adams of Headland; her father, Gregory D. Drescher, Sr. of Dothan; her grandmother, Lockie Palinkas; her sister, Lisa Michelle Drescher of Dothan; her brother, Gregory D. Drescher, Jr. of Dothan; her nephew Louis Gregory Drescher of Dothan; her aunt, Sally Drescher; her niece, Adaleigh Heart; her nephew, Cory Arnold, Jr.; her cousins, Chris Prather and Vivian Drescher all of Dothan.
