CHRISTOPHER DANIEL JAMES STEFANSON, II

WICKSBURG, AL… Christopher Daniel James Stefanson, II, a resident of Wicksburg, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 23, 2023. He was 19.  

              Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 2, 2023, at Bethel Baptist Church with Pastor Jason Duren officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. prior to the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.

           The family will be accepting flowers.

           Christopher was a 2021 Graduate of Genesis Innovative and was taking online courses through ESCC. He was going to college for Computer Information Sciences. He was a computer whiz. In his spare time, he enjoyed comedy, spending time with his family, playing video games and loving on his dog Ozzy. Christopher had a wonderful sense of humor and knew how to cheer someone up with his quirky ways. He loved to make people laugh. He was loved by his very large family and loved spending time with cousins and his many siblings. He loved going to six flags, Chinese food, and Gram Gram’s chicken casserole.

Preceding him in death are his great-grandmothers, Addie Stanwaity and Arline Hornick; his Papa, James Mullins; his aunt, Leeanne Hornick; his grandpa, Donald Stanwaity; and his cousin, Chandler Reynolds.

Leaving behind to cherish his memory is his father, James Stefanson (Amber); his mother, Diane Reynolds (Laymond); his Gram Gram, Antonia McCoy; his Nana’s, Darlene Mullins and Linda Reynolds; his grandmother, Sherree Gunter; his PopPop, Jeff McCoy; his grandpa, Barry Reynolds (Tammy); his brothers, Tyler Stefanson, Noah Stefanson, Bradley Reynolds, and Landon Reynolds; his sisters, Julia Stefanson, Madelynn Stefanson, Abbie Reynolds, and Julie Reynolds; and his step-brother, Riley Reynolds; his several special aunts and uncles, Stacey (Ashley), JR, Michael (Mariah), Ashley, Josh (Tatiana), Elizabeth, Stacee (Brent), Richard, Candice (Chad), Jeremy and John; his several cousins and friends.

Serving as active pallbearers will be JR Stefanson, Michael Stefanson, Tyler Stefanson, Josh McCoy, JC Vara, and Ashley Bond. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Chad Johnson and Grayson Johnson.
