ABBEVILLE, AL… Charles Troy West, Jr, a resident of Abbeville, Alabama passed away Thursday October 19, 2023. He was 76.

Mr. West was born in Rocky Mountain, North Carolina to the late Charles T. West, Sr and Edna Earl King West. He worked as a construction worker most of his life. He and his wife moved to the Hardridge Creek Community of Abbeville, Alabama in 1986.

Leaving to cherish his memories are his daughters, Kimberly Braisted (Rick), Barbara Coleman (Lance), Mitzi Sterner, and Cora Bates; his sons, Charles West III (Bridgit) and Mark Anthony Sterner; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
