DOTHAN… Cephus A. Bell, a resident of Dothan, Alabama passed away Thursday afternoon, August 22, 2024, at her home. She was 70.

Mrs. Bell was born in Pineville, Kentucky to the late Frances Avery Rouse and Ruby May Arness Rouse.

She is survived by her son, Michael Blehm, and her daughter, Marsha Krukowski; her siblings, Deloris Rouse and Phillip Rouse; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
